Scalibur NZ is based in Auckland, New Zealand. I ship locally and internationally, all prices are given in NZ Dollars.
*currently i have removed my international shipping due to uncertainty about delivery times, however i will still post internationally on request. Just send me a message.
All items are made to order, therefore i have a 3 week turnaround, however let me know if you need something sooner and Ill do my best to accommodate.
Items sent within New Zealand are tracked and sent with New Zealand Post.
For all international orders I send items untracked, at the customers risk. If you'd like to pay for the additional tracked shipping please let me know at checkout or via msg and I'll find out the adjusted price.
Once your order has been shipped, Scalibur can accept no responsibility for any loss, damage or delay to the delivery of your product. The customer is responsible for all customs/duties fees if applicable.

SIZING
It is helpful to supply me with measurements but not necessary. The fit for my clothes tends towards loose, with room to grow. Feel free to ask about sizing and fit if you are unsure.
Often a good way of checking sizing is by finding an example of something in your wardrobe with a fit you like, laying it flat on the ground and measuring the width and length. I can work from these measurements.
These measurements are a common guide for womans sizing incase you need them.
Scalibur does not offer refunds for simple changes of mind.

PAYMENT
Happy to do old fashioned laybuy! Msg me to inquire, however i generally just ask for a small nonrefundable deposit and then you pay balance as and when, over your chosen time period.
